Every Silkora order ships free of charge - no minimums, no hidden fees. We pack and dispatch within 1-2 business days, then email you a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door. We also use planet-friendly, silk-safe packaging - caring for the earth is part of our promise.
30-Day Return Promise
Tried it, but not in love? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What qualifies for a return?
• The item is unworn (or only tried on once), with all original labels.
• It’s still in the original packaging.
• You can provide the order confirmation or receipt.
How to request a return
Send us a brief message through the Contact Form or email info [at] silkora.nl - please mention your order number so we can find you quickly. Once your request is approved, we’ll email a free printable return label plus step-by-step instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away via the Contact Form or info [at] silkora.nl - we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.
Prefer Another Colour?
Love the fit but want a different shade? Simply return your original piece as outlined above and place a fresh order in your preferred colour - it’s the fastest way to get the exact look you’re after.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships within the European Union, you also enjoy a 14-day “change-of-mind” period - no questions asked. The product must still meet the standard return conditions described above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return we’ll email you an update. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may then take up to 15 business days to post the credit. If it’s been longer than that, drop us a line at info [at] silkora.nl or use the Contact Form - we’ll look into it straight away.
